If within the following 12 hours you find a lower rate for an equivalent offer on another Internet site (same dates, same room type, same sales conditions, etc.) complete the online claim form on our site to submit a claim under the Best Price Guarantee Policy or simply call us.
Our customer service department, after verifying the information you provide, will confirm your reservation at the lowest stated rate based on the same room type and same sales conditions for your requested date with a further reduction of 5%.
You can therefore enjoy your stay with the guarantee of getting the best price for your room. So why book anywhere else?

General Terms & Conditions
You must have a confirmed reservation made through the hotel website or sales/reservation department.
You must find a lower publicly available rate ("Lower Rate") on another booking channel for the Same Accommodations. "Same Accommodations" means the same room type, with the same dates and length of stay, same number of guests, same designation as either refundable or not-refundable, same advance purchase policies, and the same terms and conditions governing the room rate.
You must complete and submit an online claim form or you can simply call us to 01386 765611 speak with one of our representatives who will assist you further.
You must submit your claim within 12 hours of making your reservation and at least 24 hours prior to your arrival at the hotel.
The Same Accommodations must be available for purchase at the Lower Rate when we validate your claim.
You may only submit one claim for each stay. A "stay" means the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel by the same guest or guests.
Our Guarantee Policy does not apply to the following
Rates available on "opaque" websites where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known until the booking is made, ie any website that The Wood Norton Hotel does not have an official contract with.
Hotel packages or travel packages which may include hotel, airfare, car rental, food and beverage offers or other similar packages or amenities.
Discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public.
