We would like to advise our guests that pre-booking access to the facility is essential to avoid disappointment, as time slots allocated to the hotel are limited. To guarantee your slot, full payment is taken at the time of booking. Unfortunately, bookings cannot be made and confirmed without payment to secure them.

To utilise the facilities, guests must book in advance at our reception with a charge of £25 for a single person and £40 per couple to enjoy:

Thurs: 8:00am – 7:00pm
Fri: 8:00am – 6:00pm*
Sat & Sun: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Last entry to facilities is 45 minutes prior to closing times

* On weekdays, certain short sessions take place in the pool which are reserved for Richmond Villages residents only. These typically last 30 minutes and guest access is politely restricted during these times:

Mon: 10.45am - 11.15am
Tues: 11.15am - 11.45am
Weds: 11.00am - 11.30am
Fri: 09.30am - 10.10am
Sun: 10am – 12pm

Our spa facilities are operated and managed by a third-party partner, Richmond Villages. Whilst we make every effort to ensure full access for our guests, there may be occasions where facilities are temporarily unavailable due to essential maintenance, water quality management, or other health and safety considerations.

Where this occurs, we will endeavour to inform guests as soon as possible. As the spa is operated independently, the hotel cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. However, we will always seek to offer reasonable alternatives or appropriate resolutions where possible, in line with applicable consumer rights.
