Glynn — affectionately known as the “Yummy Brummie” and familiar to many from Saturday Kitchen and Great British Menu — has reimagined the Fleur de Lys with his signature style: bold flavours, playful twists, and exquisite presentation. This launch menu celebrates the best of seasonal British produce with a modern flair.
