Our Culinary Director, Glynn Purnell, will host a special one-night-only dining experience at The Wood Norton.
Celebrated for his Michelin-starred cooking in Birmingham and appearances on Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen, and fresh from the opening of his newest restaurant, Trillium, Glynn is the creative force behind the Brasserie menu at the Fleur de Lys.
For this special evening, guests will enjoy dishes curated by Glynn himself, showcasing his signature flair and bold British flavours, alongside the opportunity to meet him in person, hear the inspiration behind the menu and enjoy a photo opportunity.
