Weekend Health Retreats
The Wood Norton has recently welcomed on site Personal Trainer, Brett Ukich, who has been working with both Hotel Guests and Local Residents to improve their health and fitness, through his 1-2-1 and Group Personal Training sessions.
Boasting over 15 years' experience as a qualified Personal Trainer, Brett specialises in helping clients transform their lifestyle - creating bespoke personal training plans that really work.
New for January 2018, The Wood Norton is excited to launch Weekend Health Retreats in partnership with Brett.
Friday 19th - Sunday 21st January 2018
Tuesday 6th - Thursday 8th February 2018
Friday 23rd - Sunday 25th February 2018
Friday 9th - Sunday 10th March 2018
DAY ONE - Arrive for an early 2pm Check-In with a Welcome Pack for each guest in your room, Brett will be on hand during your check in the greet you and go through the itinerary during your stay and discuss and personal requirements. 3pm your first Workout Session will commence with Brett in our Studio Gym. After training your time is yours at leisure. 7pm Dine for Dinner from our Healthy Set Menu specially produced by our Head Chef Kieren Hunt with Brett.
Day TWO - Enjoy a healthy breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. Brett will meet you in our Bredon Lounge at 9.00am for a prompt departure by mini-bus to Broadway Tower for an active powerwalk/hike training session and if your feeling energetic after your walk an outdoor bootcamp session looking over the Broadway view. On return to the hotel a Nuturitional Smoothie demonstration will take place, to replenish your energy stores, your time is then yours to relax for a few hours. 3pm your 3rd Workout Session will commence with Brett back in our Studio Gym. Again the remaining day is yours at leisure including Dinner from our Healthy Set Menu.
DAY THREE - Meet Brett for 7.30am for your final training session. After enjoy Breakfast at your leisure available until 10.30am with a Late Check out of 12.00pm included
